To complete an online application for water service within the city limits of Huntsville, Arkansas, the primary account holder will need to upload with this application, a copy of their government-issued photo ID. Once you have submitted your service application, please call, or stop by our office to pay your deposit. Residential deposits are $200.00, unless applicant provides a Letter of Good Credit from their current utility company (Gas, Water or Electric). To be eligible, Huntsville Water Utilities will be provided with a Letter of Good Credit for the new customer reflecting: no shutoffs or returned payments during the previous 12-month period. Customer will agree to sign up for Auto Payments through ACH Bank Draft and be or remain in good standing with Huntsville Water Utilities, or security deposit will be subject to increase to the current policy amount. Commercial deposit amounts vary based on the type of business. All deposits paid with a card are subject to a card processing fee.

Service applications for rental properties will also need to provide a copy of the rental agreement between the property owner and the tenant. Your rental agreement should have at least one of the account holder’s names listed in the agreement, as well as the property owners name and contact information, the service address of the property, and the date you take possession of the property.
